Sourced from the Bani Ahlas Farmers in the village of Bani Ahlas, located in the Eastern Region of Haraaz.
This exceptional lot embodies human passion, hard work, and the belief that nothing is impossible. The coffee trees, planted in 2019, were meticulously cared for and harvested this year, 2022. No fertilizers were used, ensuring the trees remained organic, capturing the pure, natural flavors of the land. Once ready for harvest, the cherries were carefully hand-picked, with only the ripest red cherries selected to create this unique coffee.
