Earl Grey Bergamot Peels
01. Measure
Add 5g of Earl Grey Bergamot Peels tea leaves to your teapot or infuser for every 180ml of water.
02. Steep
Pour water heated to 90°C–95°C (194°F–203°F) over the leaves. Let steep for 3–4 minutes to release the bold malty base and bright citrus notes.
03. Enjoy
Strain and enjoy plain, or add honey, sugar, or milk to taste.
