Irish Breakfast
01. Measure
Add 5g of Irish Breakfast tea leaves to your teapot or infuser for every 180ml of water.
02. Steep
Pour water heated to 90°C–95°C (194°F–203°F) over the leaves. Let steep for 3–4 minutes for a strong, robust cup.
03. Enjoy
Strain and enjoy plain, or add honey, sugar, and milk to taste.
