How To Brew
Doke Black Fusion
01. Measure
Add 2 teaspoons (4g) of Doke Black Fusion tea leaves to your teapot or infuser for every 250ml of water.
02. Steep
For a delicate, buttery cup with a rose aroma, use water at 90°C (194°F). For a bolder, malty profile with hints of molasses, use water at 96°C (205°F). Steep for 1–2 minutes.
03. Enjoy
Strain and savor the intense amber liquor — best enjoyed plain to appreciate its distinctive bitter-sweet character. Rebrew up to three times, increasing temperature and steep time with each infusion.
